Spring

Springtime has come to Fort Collins. It's official. The weather lately has been so beautiful and so warm.

George likes to smell the flowers :)

Springtime in Colorado is so different from Spring in the south. It's not green and rainy here. It's dry and windy. And we're not supposed to plant things until after Mother's Day (the day it's supposedly finished snowing for the year -- even though last year, it snowed after Mother's Day). I am so excited to plant a garden. I was researching the other day, all about how to grow things in this climate. I will have to plant things that are tough and can stand the dry, mountain climate.
